forged in fall
Your Kid Played All Year.
Are They Any Faster?
Most athletes spend the fall playing games and attending practices—but that’s not where athletic development happens. Forged in Fall is a 12-week performance program designed to help athletes ages 8–18 build speed, strength, confidence, and resilience before the next season begins.
Here's What Most Parents Don't Realize
Games aren’t development—they’re the evaluation of it.
Practices teach skills, systems, and strategy. They rarely build the speed, strength, mobility, and athleticism that separate athletes over the course of a season.
That means your athlete can spend an entire fall playing games and practicing, yet show up next spring as essentially the same athlete—just more tired and more worn down.
The fall is where the physical gap gets created.
Some athletes use those months to build. Most simply maintain.
By the time spring arrives, that difference is impossible to ignore.
Meet Forged in Fall
Forged in Fall is a 12-week athletic performance program built to help young athletes develop the physical and mental tools they need to compete with confidence.
Every workout follows a step-by-step progression that builds on the previous week. Every athlete receives real coaching, individualized feedback, and measurable performance testing so parents know exactly how their athlete is progressing.

Why Parents Choose Forged in Fall
Real Coaching
Your athlete won't disappear into a crowded room.
Every session is led by experienced coaches who know your athlete by name, understand their goals, and provide real coaching throughout every workout.
Small group sizes mean every rep is watched, every correction happens in real time, and every athlete receives the attention they need to continue improving.
A Plan That Builds Every Week
Most programs simply make athletes tired.
This one makes them better.
Every week builds on the last, creating consistent progress instead of random workouts and random results.
We test every athlete before and after the program, measuring speed, power, strength, and agility—so you'll know exactly how your athlete improved, not just hope they did.
We Build People, Not Just Athletes
The greatest thing we build isn't speed.
It's confidence.
Confidence earned through hard work. Confidence built by showing up consistently. Confidence that carries into sports, school, and everyday life.
Parents often tell us the biggest transformation isn't physical—it's seeing their child become more disciplined, resilient, and confident long after the season ends.

What Parents Are Saying
Hockey parent
"He can be completely worn out from a long week, and he'll still beg me to take him to training. Other parents on the team have actually approached me to ask what he's been doing."
Track & Hockey parent
"Despite all the on-ice, dryland, and running his previous coaches focused on, it was remarkable to see how little strength and movement control he still had when he completed his first evaluation at NGA. His honesty and realistic goal setting is top notch. If we hadn't moved out of state, we'd have continued with him for the rest of my son's athletic career."
Parent of 2 Athletes
"Nobody helps [my sons] get in mental game mode like Dusty." And from their mom: "Paying for extra coaching is a cost outside team fees. It's been worth every sacrifice to see my kids fall more in love with the game."
Built for Performance.
Designed for Long-Term Health.
Forged in Fall wasn’t built by someone who’s only coached athletes.
It was built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
That matters because the same person helping athletes become stronger also spends his days treating athletes who were pushed too hard, too fast, without a plan.
Every aspect of this program is designed to help athletes improve safely through proper progression, sound movement, and intentional coaching.
Our goal isn’t simply to build stronger athletes.
It’s to help them stay healthy enough to continue doing what they love.
Is This Program Right for My Athlete?
Absolutely—if they’re willing to work.
Forged in Fall isn’t reserved for elite athletes or future college recruits.
Everything is based on your athlete’s own starting point.
Whether they’re just beginning their athletic journey or already competing at a high level, every athlete trains against their own potential—not someone else’s.
If they’re willing to show up, learn, and improve, they’ll fit right in.
