Elite Summer Dryland

The all inclusive off-season dryland program for hockey players preparing for 18AAA, juniors, or college.

Purpose

    1. Build the complete hockey player from conditioning to outlast the competition, strength to never be bullied off the puck, and explosive speed to separate from pressure.

    2. Nurture and develop a stronger mental game to be prepared for adversity and manage pressure in a healthier way.

    3. Give each athlete the confidence to enter season knowing they are more prepared than they have ever been before.
